Nothing wrong with the

Frequency But you have the sample so loud that it overrides. set it all lower except for the drum part that doesn't override.
Remember one thing sound adds up So volume 5 plus volume 5 makes volume 10..
Nice song but technical work to be done :)

Please return the favor! On my new song: Angelina

Hoiler responds:

Hey thanks man! respect!

Very GOOD

Be carefull not to overcrowd the percussion
Less is more!
And having them loud all the time hurts the melody!

Rosellasound responds:

Thanks a lot, man. I understand what you mean by the percussion lol. However, I was wanting the percussion to be one of the main qualities about this track (well, at least in a few parts), but I can see how it sounds kind of crazy and a little overpowering sometimes hehe. Thanks for the review.

It is badass

But the beat is very dominant and takes away from the cool instruments you have got going on! but then again when it would have vocals it would be okay..

Kamikazi1 responds:

Ha ha thanks man, and long live the smooth moods crew!

The song has potential

The technic you are using sidechaining or i allways called compressing the lead synth. Is to much in this way you gain dynamics and at the same time loosing it because you don't have any melodic stuff elsewhere in the mix. Your melody thus becoming very staccato. Or choppy in other words :P
the song has potential the melody listening through that hefty effect is very unique!
5/5 for unique melody 8/10 there is still some work ahead for thise extra 2 points ;)

Enteroar responds:

Thanks for the review.
Yea, bascailly no melody :P

cool i like the whole breakdance thing

i actually grew up with that poppin breakin and electric boogie.
There is one percussive sound that lies a bit on top of the whole beat.
I really like the baseline.
The vocals are badass they are so true to this genre.
I agree with Hookshot:
Explore music take that journey and it will land you where you feel you need to be.
I did the same. Started with trance and Techno and through blues i am now into jazz and digging it.

Well Orangepot

You sound down not your music but your comments!
Here is the thing! You have one fan now!
I was wondering how did you make it?
Did you use a lot of loops or did you record midi.
Not that it really matter because the end result is awesome!
But i am just curious?!??!

Take a listen to my latest 2 releases and let me know what you think.

Orangepot responds:

I used a lot of loops, I couldn't play that... I don't even play the saxophone... Or sing... Especially not in a female voice considering I'm male.

But thank you so much for your kind review! :) I'll take a look at those songs!

It reminds me of a song

By Prince on his album Parade Called Venus de Milo.
Certainly not a classical piece as suggested below.
It has those chords that you will find in jazz! Great job
Very good song!

Check out my new two songs if you like?

roensb responds:
