Thanks. I do have a lot of goa and middle eastern influences in my work. Musically, I'm not a navel gazer so I don't really define my music by a genre, I just randomly pick one sometimes.

You need to use another bass sound

Work on the balance of all instruments.
Look at some tutorials on compression and limiting
The song is actually pretty good for what you are trying to aim for.
The technical side needs adressing There are plenty of tutorials on youtube watch them they will help you!!

Ha, a song with vocals. I've actually been thinking of doing that. My microphone's real shitty though, and my room's accoustics suck. Besides, my own poetry sort of depresses me, so I don't think that's gonna happen.

The synth is also very loud and clutters the beat.
But the song is a solid trance song!
