Try to work a bit on dynamics low volume and high volume notes this will add more emotion.

Change your approach to composing!!! :)
I had a writers block for 1,5 year and i changed my way i created stuff.
A good friend of mine said start playing on a midi USB keyboard and see how that turns out. It is completely different and i have improved loads This might help you too.
I have bought the M-Audio USB Station smallest and it works just fine!

This song gets a 9/10 4/5

Hey Phase, thanks for your review. Truth be told, I did have a midi controller last year but I used the damn thing so much it got messed up. I would -love- to have an M-Audio setup but I'm pretty much penniless for now. I've got a Casio CTK with midi capability at home but I'll probably never find a damn replacement cord for it, nor do I have a midi dock and I cant seem to find midi-to-USB cords so... I dunno.

It's fine

Try to lift the vocals a little because they are smuttered by the sounds.
Further more see if you can get the vocals within rhythm they are a bit of now.
The whole thing is experimental but it some how works great! Good Job

Thanks for the review :) I did put the vocals down a bit, I thought the distortion was a bit to loud in my headphones, but I can fix that later. As far as the bit off the rhythm, thats maximus's fault (the plug in). I'll check your music now!

After you have set Eq correct and everything in its balance.
And rendered or bounced the song.
I always throw my songs through a mastering tool in adobe audition or through a
limiter. I don't limit the crap out of it or over exite it but just lift the complete mixe just a little in total. My advise is never overlimit your stuff.
Although it seems to be a trend in music nowadays.
You will losse dynamics if you do :)

Experimental and dreamy

It could be music you hear in your dreams.
I like it but some of the voices in the beginning go out of key a little.
Nothing bad about it because it achieves an effect of disorientation.

The Concept is great

However the vocals are very seperate from them music.
They are not integrated.
You can achieve that by adding a limiter on both the vocals and the music.
Don't set it to heavy just start from a subtle limiter and slowly increase that to see when it fits.
