Oh really good!

What i was not that into was the seperated parts of the beginning and the end.
But that is just a personal opinion.
I like the introduction of the really good baseline at 2:03
It grows and gets more complex i really dig that!
But then the ending comes and it takes me back to the beginning leaving almost all that has been introduced in the middle behind.
Personally i would have loved to hear a melting of the two styles at the end and that it would have come to a counclusion in fushion.
But that is just my personal approach. So i can not deuct any points of the rating because it is damn good!

Yea, I was considering trying to fuse the two styles but had enough trouble transitioning from one to the other so figured they weren't entirely complimentary. Definitely something to keep in mind for expansion though. Can make -anything- work if you try hard enough. :D

Musically it is crazy good

the drums is what keeps it down the drums should be used differently when you build let the drums build for example. Adn at one point no drums at all for 8 measures. The vocal samples are random and out of place. They are really not of this time anymore.
If you would play this without the drums it would be way more powerful that tells you that the drumms are off.
All in 5/5 9/10-1 for the mediocore drums.

Hey man Pretty good

I know you are trying a story with this one.
Now the problem here is that the chords you keep playing for a long time don;t take you anywhere. It stays the same 2 chords.
The emotion is there in many parts but the basic 2 chords stay just that in the beginning.
Now at the ending you start to play the piano more but there you completely loose the chords.
The bass guitar is that one thing that is provide with great abundance by plugins so there isn't really a need to play that for real right now.
The strings sound pretty good.

To tell a story just remember that as in a book or film it has a beginning a middle and an end. That is the basis.
Now the middle can be cut up in section where there is room for all sort of events involving: love, grief, happiness, anger, fighting, screaming, contemplation, Self reflection, pauses, Beautiful silence, or even awkward pauses. How you build that is up to the creator.

It is great to look at history of modern music and finding out how at one point there was a basic scheme for many a song. It was Roy Orbinson that actually took all of those earlier rules and created stories and songs with structures that were previously not done. But they worked and they told stories too.

Keep on going you will get there! What program do you work with?

Nice song

Some of the timing is a bit of.
Some sounds are way up front and your voice is in the back.
These are technicalities the song is very nice!

Great remake good for practice just needs some balancing on some sounds!
For a remake you get the highest i can give for a remake and that is a 4/5
10/10 if you take all the knowledge you have gained from this and make an original piece you will get top score from me!

[Running Punk]

Make it longer

The one synth sound could be a little less loud in the silent parts ( hahah if you know what i mean )
The whole song a good and heavy aggressive trance feel to it
Some of the sounds were hard to the ears when going through the filter....ouch

All in all really good make it longer!
8/10 4/5 ( better score when it would be longer and has some of the issues solved)
