It doesn't sound like techno but that doesn't matter at all!
The way you have composed this is very much New wave.
Just a good vocal recording and you have a killer song.
Work a bit on the balance of the instruments and put a limiter over the master channel and set it to medium. This will lift everything a bit.

Good song

Different nice sounds.
The composition is still something to work on.
Just take some trance songs and take them apart many trance songs have the same or similar structures.
Try to keep a good balance with high's and low''s Low sounds tend to clutter everything.
8/10 5/5 for a new sound that you created Just work on structure and do not change to often within a short period of time :)
